I’m sitting here trying ti prepare for class tomorrow and the windowsill is in my line of site. This is my world. There are bottles with baby teeth in them from the tooth fairy, dancing plastic flowers and chicks, clay creations, trophies, cards, science experiments, craft projects, and so on. Everything the kids want displayed has ended up on this windowsill. It’s okay, but sometimes I’d like to sweep it clean. But not just yet.
